How we work
We measure before we quote. Room volume, window area, orientation and insulation all change the capacity you need, so a system sized from floor area alone is a guess. Getting this right is the difference between a unit that holds temperature on the hottest day and one that runs flat out and never quite gets there.
You get the system, the work and the price in writing before anything starts, and that figure does not move. We check switchboard capacity and access at quoting rather than discovering them mid-install, because that is where surprise costs come from on most jobs.
Tidy pipe runs planned to keep external work out of sight, condensate drainage done properly so it never discharges against the wall, and every system tested before we leave. Your place is left the way we found it, with no offcuts in the garden, no dust through the house.

Holsworthy
Holsworthy is a post-war suburb. The village north of the barracks filled in from the late 1940s and most of it is detached brick on a decent block, with a pitched tiled roof and usable space above the ceiling. That matters more than it sounds: it is the reason ducted is straightforward here rather than a compromise, where in a 1970s low-pitch build it often is not. The newer Anzac Village builds are a different job again, tighter roof spaces and more attention needed on where the outdoor unit sits relative to the neighbour.
It also runs hotter here than the coastal forecast suggests. Holsworthy's own airfield station has no standard 30-year normals, so the closest like-for-like record is Bankstown Airport, about 5km north: a January mean maximum of 29.0 degrees against 27.0 at Observatory Hill on the same 1991 to 2020 period. Two degrees does not sound like much until it lands on a west-facing living room at four in the afternoon. A system sized off a generic Sydney figure will hold that room on a mild day and lose it on a hot one, so we size against the room and its aspect rather than the postcode.
